Alinity Divine
Alinity is featured in the lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch user who has filed the lawsuit against Twitch for damages in the amount in the amount of $25 million. The user claimed the platform exposed him explicit and sexually explicit video content from female streamers. Based on court papers that were obtained from Dexerto the plaintiff who previously sued Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, filed the formal complaint to the court on June 15 to seek a lawsuit. Twitch was served an official summons in June 19. In the lawsuit, that was filed with the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from numerous medical problems that necessitate his reliance on the internet for all his entertainment as well as a disorder called obsessive compulsive and sexual addiction, which is what the complaint states Twitch only makes worse. The complaint then went on to name a few female streamers that it says "continues to make available viewers who only want to view players playing games on Twitch, but instead get confronted with sexually addictive content as well as content on a constant every day." Alinity does not appear on the list. The complaint calls for the streamers listed above to be banned permanently from Twitch in violation of the Terms of Service. It also wants $25 million in compensation, which will "be split evenly between the complainant, all other Twitch Turbo subscribers, as well as any funds left."
