Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she sang in The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables was graduated with honors at The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, MO. She is a graduate of the BA degree in Communication and Theater. Her career began as a performer in Los Angeles as a theater artist. She choreographed and performed in over 20 plays and musicals. The most notable of these were The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. In addition she played 7 titles at Los Angeles' Storybook Theatre. Kelly has also begun landing film and television roles, while continuing her improv studies at The Groundlings. She has a unique voice, and her petite stature allows her to perform a range of roles. She is known for her role as a co-star with Naomi Watts taking over the character of evil Samara on The Ring 2 but is also more commonly recognized for her role as the bright and bubbly receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a character on a regular Series on TV Land's The Exes, where she played both the role of a party-hopper as well as a paralegal in the time of the day. In addition, she was Alyssa's smart sexpert sister in ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the show on CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stressed suburban mom. Her fame is based on the soprano singing voice she has in numerous animated shows. They include the cult show Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recently, she was seen as the dim but charming Cloud 9 employee on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. She has a peaceful private life, with her husband and two small children. She loves sewing, writing and volunteering at school activities.
